• We, shall be under no liability whatsoever in respect of any loss or damage arising directly or indirectly out of the decline of authorization for any Transaction, on Account of the Cardholder having exceeded the preset limit mutually agreed by us with our acquiring bank from time to time
• For International buyers, orders are shipped and delivered through registered international courier companies and/or International speed post only. For domestic buyers, orders are shipped through registered domestic courier companies and /or speed post only.
• Orders are shipped within 0-7 days or as per the delivery date agreed at the time of order confirmation, delivering of the shipment subject to Courier Company / post office norms.
• Delivery timeline will be 2-10 days

Our products are competitively priced, with clear pricing displayed on each item page. We occasionally offer discounts and promotions, which are clearly communicated to customers. For EMI transactions, we will display the EMI plans available for each eligible product, including the interest rates and tenure options.

Payment Terms, Including EMI Options

• All prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive of applicable taxes.
• We accept various payment methods, including credit cards, debit cards, net banking, UPI, and EMI options.
• For EMI transactions, the following terms apply:EMI Eligibility:
  • EMI options are available on select credit and debit cards from partner banks.
  • Minimum order value for EMI eligibility may vary by bank and card type.
  • EMI availability is subject to the customer’s card issuer’s discretion and credit limit.
  EMI Types:
  1. Standard EMI: Interest charges apply as per the bank’s terms.
  2. No Cost EMI: Available on select products and during promotional periods. The interest component is offered as an upfront discount.
  3. Low Cost EMI: Partial interest subvention is provided, reducing the overall cost to the customer.
  EMI Tenures:
  • Available tenures typically range from 3 to 24 months, depending on the bank and offer.
  • Exact EMI amount and applicable interest rates will be displayed at checkout.
  EMI Processing:
  • The full transaction amount is authorized at the time of purchase.
  • EMI conversion typically occurs within 3-4 business days, as per the bank’s process.
  • Monthly EMI amounts will be reflected in the customer’s card statement.
  Cancellations and Refunds for EMI Transactions:
  • In case of order cancellation or return, the refund will be processed to the original payment method.
  • EMI cancellation is subject to the issuing bank’s policies and may incur charges.
  • Partial refunds may affect the EMI structure; customers should contact their card issuer for details.
